In the context of HR support activities, we have designed and developed engaging products able to inform and train users through gamification. Through Vr, Ar and webapp applications we create team building, problem solving and cooperative learning paths, with the possibility to collect useful data for the development of personalized paths for employees. The TIO webapp is a large-scale gamification experience capable of involving all employees within a company in a collaborative challenge capable of providing the HR department with useful information on staff skills, assessing concretely their strengths and weaknesses.
